What BlueCrew Market is
BlueCrew Market is an online marketplace where people list and find businesses, franchises, business opportunities and business assets for sale in the United States. We are not a business broker, lender, lawyer or financial adviser, and we are not a party to any sale.
Listings
- Listings are written by the sellers. We do not verify the figures, claims or documents in a listing. Always do your own due diligence and take professional advice before you buy.
- Some listings are marked "Sample". These are samples of the kind of business listed on the site — they are not real businesses for sale. If you enquire about one, we treat it as a request to be matched with real businesses.
- Sellers must only list businesses they have the right to sell, describe them honestly, and keep their listings up to date. We may edit, hide or remove any listing.
Enquiries and contact
When you send an enquiry, your details go to the seller and to our team, and we may contact you about it as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not use the site to send spam or to contact people for unrelated purposes.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Paid plans
- Paid listing plans and franchise lead charges are billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
- You can cancel from your dashboard. Unless the checkout page says otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded.
- Placement levels (Featured, Recommended and Premier) are paid for by the seller and affect where a listing appears. Buyers see them labelled “Paid”; they are not a recommendation by BlueCrew Market, and they do not guarantee enquiries or a sale.
Acceptable use
Do not post anything unlawful, misleading or infringing; do not scrape the site, attempt to break its security, or interfere with other users.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from listings, from dealings between buyers and sellers, or from your use of the site, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
